RD 8/2019 sorted, without you having to think about it
Daily working-time records have been mandatory for every company in Spain since 2019, with fines of up to €7,500 per workplace. AccessTime covers it out of the box:
- Daily records with clock-in and clock-out for every person, including remote work, with audited corrections.
- Four years of retention of your history, even if you migrate from another platform.
- Scheduled vs worked hours with daily deviation and an hours bank in the monthly report.
- Excel export with a signature space per employee, ready to hand to the Labour Inspectorate.
- Incomplete-day alerts emailed to the employee when each day is consolidated.

Answers to the usual questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 10 active people per company, with every feature and no time limit. We don't ask for a card and there are no hidden paid modules.
What happens when I add person number 11?
Nothing dramatic: nobody loses data or read access. People above the limit go read-only until you activate the Pro subscription, whose first year is free.
Can I bring my data from another platform?
Yes. There are dedicated importers for Sesame HR, Factorial and Jibble (employees and clock-ins) that accept their CSV or Excel exports, plus a generic template for any other tool.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers within the European Union, with encryption in transit, backups and GDPR compliance. You can export your data at any time.
Will it hold up in a labour inspection?
The "Working-time record" report covers clock-in, clock-out, scheduled and worked hours and daily deviation, is kept for 4 years and exports to Excel with a signature space: the format the Inspectorate expects to see.
Is there a lock-in period or fine print?
No lock-in. The Pro subscription is managed through the Stripe portal (change your card, download invoices or cancel), and when you cancel you return to the free plan without losing your history.
