Kenjo is a broad European HRIS aimed at SMBs with a mixed office-and-frontline workforce: beyond time tracking and absences it offers shifts, payroll preparation, documents, recruitment, performance and surveys, priced per employee per month with no free tier. AccessTime doesn't compete on suite breadth, but on the compliance core for the Spanish SMB: the RD 8/2019 working-day record (Spain's mandatory time-logging decree), multi-channel clock-in, absences with balances at the Spanish legal minimum, and approvals. Its strengths are price (free for up to 10 people and the first year free), six languages including the co-official ones, and a very low switching cost with history importers. Kenjo wins if you need automatic shift rotation, payroll export or a full talent suite.
